Victoria "Tori" Chivers is the Assistant Director of Catering at the
prestigious 5 Diamond Bellagio Resort. With over 12 years in the hospitality
business she is currently responsible for overseeing the management of
Bellagio's Catering & Banquet Staff as well as the administration of sales
for Catering events.
During her career she has orchestrated events for a wide variety of clients
from NBA Basketball Players to Fortune 500 CEO’s. Her events have led to
segments on WE’s "Platinum Weddings" and included the participation of
culinary moguls such as Todd English, Michael Mina & Jean-Georges
Vongerichten.
Prior to joining the Bellagio Tori worked in Scottsdale Arizona for the
Gainey Ranch Resort. She attended Northern Arizona University and earned a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.

Joshua Jones, DMCP is a graduate of Colorado State University in the Journalism and Public Relations school and has been involved in meeting and event planning for many years. He is currently Vice President of USA Hosts, an international consortium of DMC’s. Joshua has helped produce thousands of events over the last decade He has a unique understanding of both Sales and Operations, as he was the former Regional Sales Director for American Golf Corp., Las Vegas. Joshua's philosophy of "All challenges are seen as Opportunities to Succeed" enables him to deliver top-notch service and build long-term relationships with clients and Strategic Partners.

Angela received her Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and began her career in Hotel Operations, opening the New York, New York Hotel & Casino, Hotel by Doubletree, and the Venetian. In 2001, Angela made her way to the Rio All Suites Hotel and Casino, and in 2003 began working in the Catering Convention Services Department. Through May of 2006, Angela held the position of Sales Manager for the Rio Pavilion Events & Entertainment Department. In 2006, she accepted the position of Catering Sales Manager. After six wonderful years with the Rio, Angela said goodbye to the Hotel, and hello to a new future! After a short run in the Non-Profit world, Angela worked as an Event Planner for Pacific Event Productions, was the National Sales Manager of Christie’s Photographic Studios, and currently is the National Sales Director at Meet Las Vegas. She also gives back to the future of the Special Events Industry as an Instructor at the International School of Hospitality.

Dazzle, luxurious, extraordinary, memorable, and stunning are just a few
descriptions of the exceptional events that Brit Bertino has produced in the
past 7 years. Brit began her career in the special events industry on an
exotic cruise line where she conversed with clients from around the world
and organized nightly themed Galas, Weddings, and Special Events. Brit then
had the opportunity to launch her own Special Events Company in Northern
California in 2003, which soon expanded to the greater Las Vegas Region in
2008. A graduate from both the Conference Management & Event Planning and
Wedding Coordination & Design programs at The International School of
Hospitality, Brit currently serves as Co-Chair of the TISOH Alumni
Association. Brit carries a professional and positive attitude, and she is
always willing to give back to the hospitality community.

Jim McCoy is an Event Manager at MGM Resorts Events.
He is a self-proclaimed “Jack of All Trades – Master of None!”
His experience in the theatrical performing arts (on stage and back stage),
fashion and costume design, floral and horticultural design and in the
charity world make him a Master Craftsman when it comes to Event Design and
management. Jim’s “15 Minutes of Fame” came from his starring role in the
premiere episode of the hugely successful “Platinum Weddings” on the WE
television network. His unique Bohemian style gives him a creative
connection and edge with his clients and events. His ability to create
something from nothing is his greatest asset.

John Humphries is the Owner of Earth Water Sky, a full service boutique A/V
& Design Group, specializing in creative audio, video, and lighting
solutions for special events. Also specializing in nightclub installations
and design, John has over 10 years of experience handling a wide range of
high profile clients and creative projects. As your 2010-2012 VP of
Communications, John is excited to work directly with each of our members to

Desiree believes that your reputation and your word is what makes or breaks you in the hospitality industry. She has been in the hospitality and event industry for over 17 years starting her career at the Four Season Las Colinas in Irving, Texas in the food and beverage department, front desk and eventually ending as a Group Rooms Coordinator which lead her to wanting to expand into the hotel sales side. She eventually moved on to become a Sales Manager for American Airlines and Conference Center in Fort Work, she quickly worked her way to handling national accounts and traveling for the company within four months of working as a Sales Manager. She eventually decided to expand her knowledge and learn different markets from corporate accounts, to transient to Smerf accounts at various properties. In 2004, her biggest opportunity called yet, she came to Las Vegas as a Sales Manager for the Venetian, after 10 months, she decided she wanted to try another side of the event industry and joined RSVP Party Rentals, as their Director of Sales, where she likes to call herself “The Face of RSVP” since she has been with RSVP she continues to make a name for herself in the local hospitality industry by various networking groups, such as NACE, ISES, CSA, DSA, LVWNW and WPLV where she has built great relationships and has continued to build RSVP Party Rentals into one of the strongest and largest rental companies in the Las Vegas area.

Robyn Hadden is the Director of Alumni & College Relations at the William F.
Harrah College of Hotel Administration at UNLV. She is also a frequent Guest
Lecturer at The International School of Hospitality, a leading hospitality
management career school.
Prior to joining the Hotel College, Ms. Hadden was the Events Manager for
the UNLV Foundation and an Event Coordinator for Soirées Catering and
Events. Her special events experience began in 1994 when she worked as a
personal assistant to Michael Crawford, who was the original star of the
“EFX” show at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. She then became a personal
assistant to David Cassidy while he performed in “EFX” and later assisted
him while he wrote and produced two Las Vegas production shows – “The Rat
Pack Is Back” and “At the Copa” starring David Cassidy and Sheena Easton. In
2001, Robyn was the Tour Coordinator for David Cassidy while he toured the
United States and the United Kingdom.
A founding member of the International Special Events Society Las Vegas
Chapter, Robyn earned her CSEP (Certified Special Events Professional)
designation in 2000, and is a past president of ISES Las Vegas. In 2005,
Robyn graduated from UNLV with a Master of Science degree in Hospitality
Administration with a focus on Special Events Management. In 2010, she
earned her Certified Hospitality Educator designation from the American
Hotel & Lodging Association.

Eureka Casino Resort, located just outside of Las Vegas in Mesquite, Nevada.

Donna Sandoval is the Western Region Account Executive for AFR Event
Furnishings. With over 21 years experience in the event and trade show

creative director of the Champagne Creative Group; a Las Vegas-based
boutique studio working across North America. A design & communications
graduate of the Emily Carr University of Art + Design, his creations have
been enjoyed by a variety of clients including Warner Bros, Lions Gate
Entertainment, ABC Television, MTV, Swarovski & Louis Vuitton. Rolando’s
entertainment background is matched by his marketing savvy, as he has held
positions of senior brand manager for a variety of sports & entertainment
brands, as well as marketing director for a collection of entertainment
ventures. With a hands-on approach, Rolando shares his time between Las
Vegas and Los Angeles and is a proud member of both ISES communities.
